Many Danish companies have made a sincere effort to include LGBT+ individuals but there is still work to be done. In this landmark study, BCG works with the survey solutions experts at Potloc to interview 1000 employees on how businesses can better support LGBT+ employees.

Inclusion efforts play a big role in attracting new talent. 1 in 6 LGBT+ respondents between the ages of 18-34 have quit a job, not applied for a job, or rejected a job offer because of lack of LGBT+ support.
