About Reports on the Platform
Reports allow you to pull key insights from your survey data into a centralized and easy-to-understand format. By transforming your respondent data into powerful visual reports, you can quickly grasp the results and tailor the look to meet your specific needs.
Creating a report
Navigate to the Reports tab in the Platform navigation.
If you already have a report, you'll be able to see it here, if not, click on 'create' to get started.
Blocks are different types of content that you can add and reorder to customize your report:
- Section
- Chart
- Text
- Image
- Map
Additionally, you can pin a chart from the Detailed Results tab to a report.
Sharing a report
Reports are easily shareable and enable you to provide access to selected parts of your data with colleagues or stakeholders, without requiring them to create an account on the Potloc Platform.
Once your report is ready, there are a few ways to share it:
- Export the report in PDF

You can generate a public link to the report, which can be shared directly. For added security, you can set a password for the link, ensuring that only intended recipients can access the report.
By sharing reports selectively, you maintain control over what content is visible, tailoring access according to your audience's needs. For instance, sharing a report with upper management or partners gives them the insights they need without exposing the entire Platform, thus simplifying their experience.
