Overview
The Results section of the dashboard is your go-to place for uncovering insights. This area is designed to present the key takeaways from your survey while giving you the flexibility to manipulate your data using a variety of tools and features.
There are three main tabs in this section of the Potloc Platform:
Working in the Detailed Results Tab
The Detailed Results tab is where you’ll find and analyze all survey questions. You can organize your survey questions into sections, adjust visualizations, explore open-ended responses, and much more—all in one place.
Within this tab, you can:
- Add New Sections, Charts, or Images: Use the ”+” or “More” button to add elements.
- Edit or Delete Blocks: Modify or remove specific blocks using the “More” button.
- Reorder Sections and Blocks: Drag and drop sections to reorganize or use the “Edit Section” button.
- Edit Charts and Visualizations: Click the “Edit” button to adjust chart types and customize your visualizations.
- Pin a Chart to a Report: Click 'Add to' to pin a specific chart into a report directly from the Detailed Results tab.
Exporting Your Data
The Detailed Results tab also offers easy exporting options for your data:
- Export All Data: Click the “Export All” button to download the full dataset.
- Export Individual Charts: Use the Export button next to any chart to download its specific data.
Additional Analysis Tools
The Results section includes two other powerful tools for more in-depth analysis:
- Crosstab Report: Use crosstabs to break down your data by specific variables and quickly identify key insights.
- AI Assistant: Confirm hypotheses and uncover hidden trends at a glance with AI-powered analysis.
